Hello, just joined yesterday and gave the 5 GB LTE plan.. my data is sooooooo slow. Anyone else having this issue?? I have an iohone7

So sorry to hear that, @Trinip004. We definitely want to take a look at this. To research further, can you send us the cross streets and ZIP codes where this occurs? Are you getting any error message when trying to use the service?

Hi, the cross streets are oak & Hudson and the zip code is 07086. I don’t get any error messages, it’s painfully slow.
