The exact thing is currently happening to me. I purchased a Samsung galaxy j7 refine on 10/25 and received it on 10/28. Ialsp upgraded from $25 to $35. After several times calling tech support determined that the phone is broken and they would send a new one. That was on Sat, Dec 1st. Said I would have it by Tues Dec. 4th. Didn't get it. Called and was told I would get it by Fri, Dec.7th. Didn't get it. Called and was told it is being processed. I've been 11 days without a phone and totally frustrated. Can someone help me with this?
