No Mobile Data even though LTE connection reported; WIFI Internet only
Even though my Moto E5 says it is connected to LTE/Virgin Mobile, I can't access any Mobile Data. All apps report No Internet Connection. I can only get internet via WIFI connections. This has been a problem for about 3 weeks.
I can receive Phone Calls and text.
I try to update PRL/Profiles, but it does not succed unless I am on WIFI.
If I drop the Mobile Network down to "CDMA/LTE" instead of Auto, I have intermittent success connecting to Internet/PRL/Profile when the phone displays 3G connection. But the success is not reliable.
I have reset phone 2 times. Each time the setup fails when "Configuring Services" and says it will "try again in 119 minutes" and reports: HFA Error: 703

Whenever I restart the phone or reset the phone, the phone briefly displays the message "SIM Card error"
This phone has worked fine for abou a year with no problems.
