Phone shows no service but the other phone on our plan is getting service just fine.
Repeatedly restarting and turning on and off airplane mode not helping
Hello, thejives. We're sorry to hear you're having problems with your service. Let's do some investigating. When did this first start? How often does this happen? And, what is the make and model of your phone?
It stopped getting any service yesterday. It's an iPhone SE. Tech support told me to get a new SIM card, which I did, but then had trouble activating it.
Any help you can give would be appreciated. Each time I call tech support it's a half hour wait and this time they said they'd call me back in 15 mins but it's been an hour.
