No service for 8 days, would like refund

Hello. I had no service for 8 days, from the start of the billing cycle to a week later. There was not a single day during the billing cycle where I had service, even though I paid for it. The customer service took a day or so to get back to me after each request. I'd like a refund on the month I paid, since I didn't have service during it.
