No service

I have had virgin mobile for about 7 years now & this has never been a problem. I’ve had no service for almost 3 days now after activating a new phone & purchasing a new SIM card. Please help, i need my phone and after calling customer service and receiving various answers i am not one happy customer right now. This is outrageous.
