No signal anywhere

I currently cannot make or receive calls due to "no signal", but texts are sending and coming through. This problem has been going on for 24 hours, but it has been getting gradually worse for months. I was constantly dropping calls over and over, having to try multiple times to call out, etc. 

 

I also am not able to use my data or connect to internet unless I am connected to WiFi. 

 

My husband is convinced it is my phone (Moto G6 play) as I recently got this phone early this year. At first I didn't have any problems, but now I can't even call anyone.
