Phone constantly dropping to 3G or no signal. Need solution or have to switch companies.

While I have enjoyed using Virgin mobile for several years, I recently moved and have terrible service in certain areas.

I primarily work at 3900 W Howard Ln, Austin, TX 78728. Big facility there.  But in this area, phone constantly drops to 3G randomly, even if I'm just sitting at a computer.

Multiple times throughout the day will even drop below 3G.

Using Wifi isn't an option.

Normally, this isn't too bad, but I'm starting to spend 12 hour shifts with no working phone. I want to stay with virgin mobile, but if I can't get a solution (where I'm not forking over extra money), I'm going to have to close my account.

I've been here 2 1/2 months and it has been doing this since I moved here.
