I have been with Virgin for years. Been great. But both my wife an I have run into issues as of last week. Our phones, in our house, suddenly both changed to roaming. I thought it might just be a temporary tower issue. But I rely on my phone for work, and it ran out of roaming minutes in a few days. Tried update profile, and now I cannot make any phone calls, immediately canceles and says cannot connect to network. Did a factory reset, did not fix it.
