Switched Virgin Phones and now no service?

I have recently switched to a Galaxy J3 Achieve from an LG Tribute Dynasty and now no longer have service in areas where I had service with the LG. The Samsung was a more expensive phone and I was able to get service with my old phone so I'm not sure what the issue is here...The map also shows the areas I'm in as having coverage, primarily in zipcodes 12089 and 12121
