Two phones in same household, Virgin Mobile network not working, reverts to Domestic Roaming
I have two phones on Virgin Mobile both cannot make calls, texts, or use data. They briefly appear as connected to Virgin Mobile with one bar but attempting to call a number gives a busy signal. The connection frequently reverts to roaming and then calls and texts work but data does not work, only on one of the phones. The other phone cannot make calls and does not seem to connect to roaming. The phones also revert to roaming at the exact same time so there is obviously something deeply wrong with the Sprint network and this is totally unacceptable and needs to be fixed immediately.
