Unable to connect to mobile network

After I did the latets IOS update my phone has been "searching" for the network since yesterday morning . I tried resetting the network setting and popping the SIM card out and in but nothing works. Only my internet works since I'm on my home WIFI. I check my carrier settings and it still has Virgin. I'm not sure what else to do at this point. This also happen last time I updated.
