My phone (LG Stylo 4/android 8.1) is no longer accepting/sending calls or texts. Data is fine.

I've turned my phone off/on several times to no effect.

I have been getting the error code eHRPD 65536-1 also. I only have the VM Phone so I can't talk to the phone tech as he troubleshoots my phone. I do know that Re activating it repeatedly did not solve the problem. So now I am going to try Facebook Virgin Mobile's page to see if it helps.
