moto g(7) play - no data connectivity

Hi there,

I have had a moto g(7) play for some time now with few issues. The last few days data connection has been spotty and today I have no data connection at all for several hours. Also, the phone occasionally seems to reset the time ("thinking" it is in another time zone, apparently) overnight, causing me to miss alarms. I assume, but am not sure, that these issues are related. I have done a network reset, profile/PRL update, reboot, etc and no issues. I am not sure if this is a phone, service, or account issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
