Has anyone else bought a new phone using customer service rather than ordering on line? First suggestion is DON'T. I have never seen a more incompetent team. The initial order process (and I knew the exact model) took nearly one hour. ONE HOUR. The agent said they couldn't ship to a PO box. Fine. I gave her my physical address. I spent at least 15 minutes verifying,spelling and having her read back my address and the differences between my billing and shipping address. I made it crystal clear of where to ship it.
