These are the steps I've taken to try and find my account number since last Friday.
1. Logged into my account. No success.
2. Called the customer service number. Could not talk to a human, no success.
3. Emailed customer service. No success.
4. Replied to a solved community post. No success.
5. Private messaged virgin mobile staff. No success.
I have been without a phone now for 5 days all due to this bogus company withholding information from me. I would GREATLY appreciate a response with my account number, and instead of ignorantly replying to this message, telling me to private message you and waste more of my time, here's an idea, PRIVATE MESSAGE ME WITH MY ACCOUNT NUMBER.
