I have an iPhone 6s. Got a new prepaid inner circle sim that I activated Monday (6/23/18). Data works fine after some toggling, but I can’t make or receive calls or texts which is really a problem as I’m starting a new job working with at-risk youth and need to be available by phone at all times. I have seen many similar threads so maybe it’s just virgin and I should get a new carrier :/
I’ve tried - 1.iPhone reset (many times) 2. Turning off phone and reinserting sim 3. Resetting carrier by number found in other thread about this same topic 4. Updating carrier by number found in other threat about this same topic.
