Placed order for new android phones through upgrade link on my account, unaware Virgin is transitioning to mainly going to be pushing and servicing the iPhone. I do not want android phones that will be a low priority for the business. I sent email to cancel prior to receiving information they had shipped. Hours later, now receive email advising they shipped. Can you still stop them or should I refuse delivery so they go back? Tried to save Virgin the shipping expense, but unable to get thru to "live" people at any of the customer support links. I don't want to cancel my phone service, just do not want to have new android "orphan" phones on what is now going to become an Iphone centric business.
