Horrible customer service - cancel your plan with this company!
Horrendous customer service, they cut off my service twice, refused to refund my credit card for a credit that was due to me, after 5 phone calls and 1 month of haggling. Now they've cut off my service because I went straight to my credit card to deal with this issue. This company has horrible customer service, and I am happy to take my business to a different company. Other customers - BEWARE!!

We definitely want to look into this for you. We're concerned about the fact that you did not get this issue sorted out at our Customer Service Center. It's in our best interest to always provide a helping hand to our customers when you come across these type of scenarios. Even when, sometimes we'd only be able to pass on information about the issue, when a solution cannot be offered.
