I didn’t receive my purchase or shipping confirmation to my Gmail account

If you haven’t received your confirmation email in your main inbox, here are a few different steps you can try to resolve the issue.

 

  • Start by checking your spam folder.
  • If don't you see the email in your spam folder, please double check the other folders (including the categories, like “promos") in case it was delivered to one of them.
  • Try Adding virginmobile.com and virginmobileusa.com as a trusted email domain under Settings – Filters and Blocked Addresses.
  • Also Add FreeMsg@virginmobile.com and FreeMsg@virginmobileusa.com as contacts.
  • Check with Gmail to ensure emails from Virgin Mobile aren’t being blocked
