I put cash onto a friend's Virgin Mobile account using a kiosk in a Sprint store

I put a cash deposit of $65 onto a friend's VM account using a kiosk in a Sprint store. It said success, printed a receipt with a transaction number. Now my friend said her account is not showing the credit. What can I do? It's been over 12 hours.
