Maybe someone can help. I lost my phone a year or two ago, reported it lost or stolen to Virgin Mobile, and bought a new one. I then found the old one, and never reported finding it. I want to swap my number to the older phone. What do I do?
The best thing to do is contact an agent here via PM or agent on Facebook or Twitter and explain the situation.
If the IMEI of the old phone has been flagged as lost or stolen you will not be able to reactivate it on your own.
