Whats up @Princessj? I think I may be able to help.. (Hopefully lol) A couple questions first... Is your device a Virgin Mobile device or a sprint device? Did you recently just get this phone and switch the SIM card with another? Have you tried doing a hard reset? If you can answer those questions for me, that'd be great. 🙂
Mine is saying the same. I did hard reset it and it still says sprint and sometimes "No Service". I think the problem with mine is I have a Virgin Mobile Iphone and put a sprint sim card. I ordered a new sim card that is compatible with Boost, Virgin Mobile, and Sprint. When i activated the sim it was successful, but could not get actual service on my phone due to the carrier saying "Sprint" in the settings.
Hi there, @Simplyamaxing! Thank you for letting us know about this. Definitely want to look into this for you. Please try these steps:
1. Tap Phone > Tap Key Pad.
2. Type ##UPDATE# (##873283#).
3. Phone will process updates. Then Tap OK.
4. When Service Update is complete, tap OK.
