Switched phones and now data goes down to 2.5 gb

I recently switched from a Samsung galaxy J7 to an IPhone XR. I brought the phone from Virgin Mobile and the activation process was fine minus a few hiccups. However I noticed that during the switch my 10gb of data was reduced to 2.5gb. Now i’m getting messages that i’m close to reaching the max. I’ve been a loyal customer to virgin mobile for many years as proof of the loyalty reward of getting 10gb of data. Is there a way to fix this? Please get back to me as soon as you can. Otherwise I will have to call.
