I just broke my old phone, so I am trying to purchase the Samsung Galaxy A10e from you guys. I've filled out my credit card information everytime, cleared my cookies and finally this message popped up. "Authentication Failed To ensure the highest level of security, this card cannot be used to complete this transaction virgin mobile." I am without a phone, I can't call anybody, hence why i'm trying to buy a new phone from you guys. It keeps giving me that error message, I have money in the account, all my information is correct. Please help me figure this out I need a phone asap, or will have to switch to a different company. Thanks.
