WORST. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. EVER.

The rudest representatives I ever met. They took the one perk that they offered me away and told me I would get it back. Still haven't recived it back and when I call about it apparently i cant afford to pay them.... You offered it to me then took it away once you offered me a new plan, I accepted then it was taken away and advise me I can get it back. Worst company ever!!! I was looking at the new iphone plans but you may take that away too.
