I'm trying to log in to my Virgin mobile phone account. I entered the phone number & the pin but I got a message that there was a processing error so, I'm not able to access my account. What to do?
Clear your browser cache and try again since you are doing the right thing. If that does not work try Incognito Mode or a different browser.
Vigin Mobile support contacted me. My account was closed back in 2015. They are re-instating me with a new number, so all is well. Thank you for your help.
