Received a broken phone that I ordered on the pre-loved plan for my wife for Christmas, camera lens is broken out, they refuse to replace because of physical damage, this is ridiculous i’ve spoken to probably 20 people at Virgin Mobile who keep transferring me to other departments saying themselves the phone should be replaced but always coming to the same conclusion that no they would rather rip me off and make me unhappy customer then replace the phone that I received broken called them the very next day when I realize the camera is broken. Terrible terrible terrible. Uncaring company. Researching new services for my three lines that I’ve had for many years.
