I really had no intentions of leaving...

but it seems like I had no choice

 

I can't contact a customer service rep.  I can't modify my plan online.  You guys keep telling me that my service is going to be disconnected.  After 204 minutes waiting on hold the past 2 days and not speaking to anyone, I had to change carriers, which seems ridiculous.  But it's better than losing my phone number.  Been with Virgin since '08 from my flip phone days.  

 

BTW, the screeching music you play when on hold is unbearable.  It makes an annoying situation much worse.

if u are switching a data done right plan most people are waiting 4 to 5 hr to change over service its just plain crazy
