I have had virgin mobile for years, but now after the way they HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX MY PROBLEM, i will never use them again,,,,,,I have gotten either the run around or lied to,passing the buck from one service person to another for two days ,only to be told after two days on the phone for over two hours each day that the service ticket has been sent to tech dept and waiting now on them which might take another 24 to 48 hours to get phone problem corrected.....If at all, since the part of virgin mobile i have is being discontinued.....but they still took 55 dollars a month from my bank,knowing that part of the service involving international calls, i was using, i could no longer use.......And now after the seventh person i talked to did something from their end to my work phone and turned it off,i have to wait another 24 to 48 hrs.(which means to days without my work phone) being self employed,before tech department and turn it back on if they can fix the problem..
