i bought a new phone from virgin mobile. the ringer did not work so i returned it. it has been a nightmare trying to get a refund. they keep saying they are escalating the case. one person will say you will be refunded and then speak to someone else and they say something different. i think they want me to give up and just keep my money. it has been over a month and virgin mobile are so full of excuses. A lot of people have these same stories about virgin mobile. I cant wait to close my account. They will not get more money from me. i dont care about $1 per month, I would rather spend $60 for a company thats not eager to rip you off.
