Does anyone have the Kodak Ektra phone?
Hi! The Kodak Ektra does not work with Virgin Mobile. According to Kodak, this phone is not CDMA compatible so will NOT work with Sprint, Verizon or US Cellular. Here is a link to the official Kodak website for more details.

As of now we can only activate Virgin Mobile android phones, we cannot bring in an unlocked android device or from another carrier. Please let us know if this answers your concerns.
Last week my iPhone 5s died, so I bought a new Unlocked Galaxy S8 on Black Friday. The SIM card seems to be the right size, however, when I tried to swap devices on the Virgin Mobile website, it wouldn't accept my S8's MEID code. What should I do?

I have had no responses to my messages, had I known that Virgin was going to be totally IPhone, I would have gone to another provider. I activated my new Android phone, a Virgin locked LG X Pro yesterday Nov. 26th and have been having problems since. I am having to use two fingers instead of tapping twice with one, the touchscreen is only responding after repeatedly tapping. I need somebody to access my phone to find out what is wrong.
I have resolved the issue myself. No longer require any help.
Got my plan all picked out, everything set up, PIN, security questions, just tried to finalize activation and it timed out.
Can't call, this is the phone I'm activating to have a phone. Please help!

So I'm trying to activate a phone I received from a friend a while ago, it is a Huawei phone (model Y538) that had, as is my understanding, previously been a Virgin Mobile phone or had been purchased from Virgin mobile, not sure. It has been factory reset, does not have a phone number assigned to it, anything. We recently got a SIM card for this phone as well to connect to Virgin, which is telling me "invalid sim card" assuming until it is activated.
Both MEID codes behind the battery tell me the "Sorry, this device can't be activated on Virgin Mobile" error. We cannot do customer support over the phone as this is intended to be our phone, meaning, we don't have a phone until this is sorted. What can I do?

The steps vary a little depending on the phone but the link below gives the basics. You probably can find precise instructions if you search for the steps for your make and model online.
My touch screen is unresponsive I got slight wet along with my tablet and another phone they still work this phone worked fine for an hour then the screen quite responding the service also went down last night I could use my earpiece earlier but it looked like service went back down for a while help
