I have a Galaxy 3 from Virgin that I want to re-activate for my mother to use now that I've upgraded. I work through the Activation steps and when I get to Choose Your Services it says DEFAULT-No Plans Found. And there is nothing under Select Your Plan. I just got the new phone in June but is the S3 no longer supported by Virgin? Why can't I choose a plan if it is?

Device & Support tab
1.Click Swap Phone.
2.Enter IMEI/MEID/ESN, MEID or IMEI.
3.Confirm IMEI/MEID/ESN, MEID or IMEI.
5.Review Changes and click Next.

Thanks anyway. I've looked through the phone settings and haven't seen anything. There are 3rd party apps on Google Play. My daughter gave me her"castoff" Samsing Galaxy Note 3, and I was able to find a great blocker there. My wife and i have "dumb" VM phones and like their portability. The Samsung is big and clunky.
I have an LG Stylo 2, and starting about a few months ago my new voicemails have not been added to the Visual Voicemail app that came with the phone. This was around the time I used airplane mode for the first time. Is this an issue with the app itself, or an issue with my account? I can check my voicemail by dialing 1, but I cannot see new voicemails in the app.
Thank you, my voicemail has been set up since I got the phone, and Visual voicemail had been working fine. I actually saw a new voicemail in the list today, but it was from 6 days ago. Now I have a notification at the top of my inbox that says "Your Inbox is full. Delete or archive messages in order to receive new messages." I hadn't seen that before today, so not sure if that is the issue and it just didn't prompt me yet. After deleting some, the message went away. So I tested it and had someone leave me a voicemail, and it works again! Not sure what fixed it actually, but I had turned off wifi and data (then back on) a couple times so maybe something got reset.
lg stylo 3 can not hear caller unless speaker is on and it is very static also. Anyone else having this problem and did you find a fix? I uninstalled ok google because a few web sites reccommended that so I have to wait until I get a call to see if it helped.
Issue fixed (I think!) LG support techs don't pick up phone calls, so I was told to either ship the phone to them so they could troubleshoot OR call back on a different phone and they will do a sysetem reset. I went to my son-in-laws (Jim) house to use his phone to call them back and do the reset. I got there and he said first can I look at your phone? He had me call him on his phone and he listened and evaluated all the back and forth calls. His conclusion: 1st re: low sound on regular speaker was "just hold the phone to your ear" DUH he is right. 2nd: regarding putting the phone on speaker: he said that "the speakers on the cell phone are very small so by putting the speaker sound at full will overload the little speaker and distort the sound. Just lower the speaker sound a little bit and the sound will be clear. Double DUH he is right! RESOLVED
Is there a bundle/family deal on Virgin mobile? I have a Samsung Galaxy and just got my husband same phone....we have separate plans on Virgin mobile and wondering if these can be combined for savings.
