We definitely understand your concern, @vickylmartinez. You can also download this from Samsung (manufacturer) on the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/galaxy-j7-virgin-mobile You just need to select the language where it says "User Manual" and download it.
Just got my old phone swapped out for a new LG X charge and ever since the intial setup it is cycling through a set of downloads. The offender is an app called "Mobile ID". It appears to download something called Default, an Uber app, core pack, several other apps and some wallpapers. It does this over and over again each time failing with an error notice saying,
"Unable to install all contents.
1 code: 400"
It appears that it is occuring on a Samsung phone also:
The solution provided at the above link doesn't work.
Any attempts to disable, uninstall, or force quit do nothing....it starts the cycle of downloading and failing as soon as you wake up the phone or restart it.
From all I can gather, this "Mobile ID" app is specific to Virgin Mobile and has nothing to do with LG or the Sprint Network Virgin Mobile uses.
Motorola confirmed via press release last month that the new Moto G6 Play would be coming to Virgin Mobile:
"The new moto g6 play will be available in the U.S. prepaid at Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless (moto g6 forge), Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile and postpaid at AT&T." (emphasis added)
Virgin Mobile's sister company, Boost Mobile, launched their branded Moto G6 Play last week
Are there any updates on a release date for the Virgin Mobile branded version? On can anyone confirm if it's *not* coming to Virgin Mobile? Given the uncertainty with the VM iPhone rebranding and the pending T-Mobile merger, I've been putting off upgrading my phone until VM releases an Android 8.0 Oreo one.
I had VM service for several years and asked for an unlock code. I was provided a 6 digit code (which btw seems short) but didn't have a non-VM CDMA card to test.
I have since returned to VM but today attempted to use a non-VM CDMA sim card (Verizon) to see if I could get the Moto G3 to unlock. I removed the VM card, inserted a Tracfone CDMA card, and powered up the phone.
I cannot get the Sim Network Unlock page to appear after inserting the non-VM sim card and powering on the phone. I have searched the Internet but have found no way to get the unlock page to appear.
Please provide instructions on how to open the unlock window. I'd also like some assurance that a 6 digit code is indeed the proper length to unlock the VM Moto G3 should I be so lucky as to get to the unlock window.
Via PM several VM personnel assisted me with this issue. The phone was unlocked on the VM side and I did not have to enter an unlock code on the phone itself.
Thank you for the excellent and timely support.
Installed a 32GB Samsung micro SD card into my ANS UL40 which shows up from the UL40 Storage Settings
Internal Shared Storage
5.08 GB used of 7.28 GB
Samsung SD card 245MB used of 29.33GB
However when I connect the UL40 to my Windows 10 PC nothing happens, no UL40 or 32GB SD drive.
I went into Windows 10 Device Manager and found three devices labeled "UL40" under "Other" devices.
Properties showed there was no driver for any of the "UL40" devices. So I clicked on update driver and W10's device manager scanned the Internet and installed a "Qualcomm HS-SUB Modem 9092" modem driver for each of "UL40" devices, when all done I now have under "Modem" devices a Qualcomm HS-SUB Modem 9092 modem.
However still no UL40 or SD card drive shows up either from W10's Device and File Managers.
So it appears Windows 10 isn't able to recognize the UL40's SD card.
Finally found the USB options from the UL40. The USB options menu from the pull down menu kept closing and I wasn't able to access it until a couple of dozen attempts I was able to get the menu to stay open and select transfer files to another device which allowed the PC to find the UL40 and it's SD drive.

Yo, whats up @Barbq25? Thats a great question. Ive researched a few articles for you and unfortunately, the LG X Charge does not have wireless charging capability. Here's a source that I found of a bunch of devices that have wireless charging capabilty. This is not a Virgin Mobile authenticated source but I believe its pretty accurate. https://www.chargespot.com/support/devices/ Hopefully this helps!
