It appears my Virgin Mobile account has been hijacked. I received a message yesterday saying I had signed up for an international plan which I did not sign up for, then one saying my PIN and security questions had been changed. I did not change them. Then I lost my phone service. I also see a 105 dollar charge on my credit card from Virgin Mobile. Tried emailing support and messaging via FaceBook. I finally got a response on FaceBook and was told to post here. Note: I do not have phone service so I cannot send a text to verify my account/identity. It should be possible to see unusual activity for this account if you look at it.
Oh no! Sorry to hear that, @cryptozoan. We definitely want to look into this for you. Can you please send us a private message with the phone number and PIN you used to have?
To send a private message just click on the picture of any Virgin Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".
So last July I upgraded my android to a new IPhone SE from virgin mobile and got the one year of inner circle free. My question is now that I am stuck on that plan with my current phone, can I buy a new Iphone and switch it back to a data love plan within the first 30 days? Or now that I have been on the plan for so long am I stuck on the inner circle no matter what?
Hi, griffithw060! Thanks for contacting us. If you have more than 30 in the Inner Circle, you can no longer go back to your data love plan. If you upgrade to a new iPhone from our website, you'll be eligible for the 6-months 1/month offer.
Hello i ordered an iphone x 64gig and i made a mistake on my address, i have my tracking number and been trying to contact virgin mobile to make the correct on my address at fedex but no one responds..can anyone help?
Good day @Ronaldj So sorry about the trouble! Would you please send us a private message with your phone number and pin? Also, please include the order number.
Note: For you to send a me a Private Message only need to click on my username, which will take to my profile, once you're there on the right side of the screen you will see the option to send me a Message.
I moved to Mexico thought I cancelled my account. I no longer have the same email I signed up with. I have forgotten my PIN. My Virgin phone does not work in Mexico! I have been charged for 5 months that I didn't use. I want to cancel my account, but there does not seem to be any way to do it! Please Help!
I am in the process of switching from Virgin to T-Mobile and am keeping my phone number. My number still hasn't been ported over to T-Mobile and today is the last day I have "paid" with Virgin. I would have to refill my account tonight to keep service. What happens if I don't top-up? Will I lose the ability to keep my phone number? How long can I keep this number if I haven't paid for next month?
Hi there! Yes, your number will remain available to port while interrupted. Your account can stay without a payment for 120 days (150 days from last successful payment). It would cancel itself after that, but the number remains available during that time.
Try doing a carrier reset and service update.
1) dial ##25327# and press Call. Wait for the reset to complete
2) then dial ##873283# and press Call. Wait for the update to complete.
Then go to Settings-General-About and scroll down to Carrier and make sure it is Virgin 32.0
If you still have a problem contact a Virgin Mobile agent and request your account be reviewed and reprovisioned.
Virgin Mobile agents have "Social Care Virgin Mobile" avatars and when the mouse hovers over the avatar the word "agent" appears.
A PM can be sent by clicking on the avatar which opens up the Profile page where the option to send a PM is visible.
Agents can also be contacted on Facebook or Twitter.
ok, so I know I pay $35 a month..my question is, is my plan one of the data love plans and thus eligible for unlimited streaming music?
I am currently a Sprint customer and would like to transfer to the $1 for 6 months Virgin Mobile plan, however the page states that "Your iPhone is compatible, but is active on your current carrier’s account. Only devices that are not active are eligible to be transferred to the Inner Circle by Virgin Mobile". Can I still switch? Or do I need to cancel my service with Sprint immediately?
It has been stated by Virgin Mobile agents that phones that have been active on Sprint must be deactivated for 60 days before being eligible to be used on the Inner Circle.
While all compatible phones in principle can work on the Inner Circle not all IMEIs pass the eligibility checker. That is what is happening to your phone at present.
