[Known Issue] - Hotspot not working on Pre-Loved iPhone devices

Have you had trouble using the Hotspot service on your Pre-Loved iPhone?  You are not alone, and help is on the way!

 

We are aware of an existing Mobile Hotspot issue with our Certified Pre-Loved devices. This particular issue is due to a slight glitch in the way the devices were remanufactured. Please know that we are currently in the process of resolving this issue. In order to ensure that your Mobile Hotspot functions properly, you’ll need to complete a factory reset on your device. We highly recommend that you back up your iPhone prior to performing a factory reset.
