Need Help Activating New iPhone

My wife got a new phone and gave me her old iPhone and I am having trouble activating it on Virgin Mobile. I had been using an iPhone SE and the new phone is an iPhone 6. I had AT&T unlock the phone and went through all of the tips and advice on the Virgin help center but nothing has helped thus far. I keep getting the "Invalid Sim" & "No Service" responses or when on occasion service does show up on my phone it goes away after about 5 minutes (or if the phone goes to sleep). When I have attempted to make a call it gives me a weird Sprint message. I have tried to activate my phone via Virgin's site but receive this message: "Sorry, the ICCID you entered is already in use. Please check the number and try again."

 

Someone please help me with this as I would like to be able to use this newer phone. Thanks
