To resolve this issue, following these steps:
- Close all the Office for iPhone apps. To do this, press the Home button on your iPhone twice, swipe to find each Office for iPhone app, and then swipe the preview screen up to close each app.
- Go to iPhone ettings.
- In Settings, tap to select one of your Office for iPhone apps.
- Under RESET, tap Reset <app name>.
- Slide to enable Delete Login Credentials.
- Start one of your Office for iPhoneapps so that your credential is deleted.
- Sign in using your ID account.

Note You may need to delete the credential for each Office for iPhone app.

Hi Martenh!

That sounds like a corrupt file. See, Project files can become corrupt or bloated for various reasons. In any case, you may try asking the Project Community at https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/projectserver/en-US/home. Hopefully they can offer some workaround for that error.
