Ordered a new iphone but unable to activate the inner circle plan

Hi Team,

 

Recently I ordered a new Iphone 6s model from Virgin Mobile site.When I am trying to activate it,initially I filled all the details and when the plan options page opened it is not showing me the inner circle plan.Can you please let me know why is this happening? as I already activated one device the same way but not unable to do this time around.Please help its urgent.Let me know if I can help you with the order no so that you can track the IMEI of the respective phone.
