I've been trying to order the iPhone 5s for the past day. Every time I hit review order, I receive an error message telling me to call customer service. Customer service was no help, as they said I couldn't order it over the phone, I had to order it on the computer. I've tried different computers and different browsers but still get the same message. Any ideas?
Early this morning, we were experiencing an error while processing purchases online. The error read: "We're sorry, there was a problem processing your order. Please try placing your order again. Or call 1-888-322-1122 to order by phone." This issue has been reported to the appropriate department and will be handled accordingly.
