I have a new iphone that I purchased directly from Virgin, but I get an "invalid sim" at the top of the screen. Online activation always gets stuck at "choose your plan". I found others with this problem, but all seem to be contacted via private message, so I don't know what to do.
Hello there pleasework. Let us figure that out. Please send us a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone, pin number, IMEI and the SIM card number that came with the phone.
