I need assistance with activating a new iPhone 11, purchased from Virgin Mobile's website directly.
I get the following error at the end of the process:

It's been 7 hours since I originally posted this, with no sign of support from Virgin Mobile's team. For anyone considering buying an iPhone 11 from Virgin Mobile, I would recommend you find another provider who actually has support and will successfully activate devices.
