I have a Verizon unlocked Iphone 6plus that is currently on Cricket. the BYOD checker says device is ineligible to switch to Virgin mobile. However, the 6plus is listed in the BYOD list and the phone is unlocked. I am able to transfer to every other cell phone provider but not Virgin. Am I doing something wrong?
The issue is that, for whatever reason, your IMEI is not whitelisted by Virgin Mobile.
The only way this might be resolved is by contacting an agent and see if the backend change can be made.
Virgin Mobile agents have "Social Care Virgin Mobile" avatars and when the mouse hovers over the avatar the word "agent" appears.
A PM can be sent by clicking on the avatar which opens up the Profile page where the option to send a PM is visible.
