BYOD

Hi,

I just get a NEW iPhone 7 from Apple store (without sim) for my wife, and try to get into BYOD $1 promotion.

But, the website said the phone is not eligible. My iPhone (6) had a same issue, and one of VM rep resolved the issue after I contact him via Facebook.

Thus, I messaged via FB messanger yesterday, but didn't hear anything... who do I need to contact to??? Is anyone in the community can resolve the issue (by PM)??? Or, they need to contact me first?

Re: BYOD

I posted the following...

- FB: no reply

- Twitter: no reply

- Community board (this): no reply from an agent

- called 1-888-322-1122 many times, always a machine, but once I get to a real person. I forgot her name, but she was able to order a simcard for me.

Re: BYOD

You should keep trying to interact with an agent here via PM or on Facebook or Twitter.

Your IMEI needs to be whitelisted . The Apple Store can provide a sim.

Re: BYOD

I just sent you PM without knowing you are a rep or not... If you are not, please disregard.

Thanks,

Re: BYOD

I am not a rep and am simply a normal user of the service.
