Can’t activate new phone

Can someone from Virgin please contact me regarding my inability to activate my new phone on the website? Thank you.

Hello amberwork. Let me help you out with that. Please send us a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone and pin number if you are a Virgin customer. If not and is going to be a new account the send me the following; IMEI and the SIM card number of the device you are trying to activate. also, the below info;

 

-Name for the account
-Address
-6 digit PIN number

-Plan that you would like to have
-Answer to one of these security questions;
*What is your favorite city?
*Who was your favorite teacher?
*What is your pet's name?
*Who gave you your first kiss?
*What was your first concert?
*Who is your favorite singer?
*Who is the best concert band?
*Who is your favorite actor?
*Who is your favorite actress?
*What is your favorite team?
