Can’t activate new phone

I just got the XR I ordered from Virgin, but the Swap My Device webpages are not working. Either it stalls with an infinite spinning red circle after entering my PIN, or, if that works, the Next button leading to Choose a New Plan (I would like to keep my plan, actually), does nothing, as though it were a dead link.

Interesting. Let’s get this all straightened out for you. Can you please send me a private message with your phone number, PIN number, IMEI number and SIM card number?
