Can't sign in

Hello!

As a preface, I have an iPhone 6. I first signed up for Virgin Mobile in November 2018, I was unable to pay in December (due to Christmas), and Virgin Mobile sent me a free month in January. Since January, I haven't had any money to pay my bill.

I finally have enough money to pay my bill, but it seems as if I cannot log in to my Virgin Mobile account. I know that I'm using the correct number and password. Has my account been terminated? I never got an email or anything saying my account would be terminated or anything like that! I'm very confused.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hi there! Thanks for contacting us. Customers have 120 days after the due date to add money to prevent cancellation, which includes loss of remaining balance and telephone number.
