As a preface, I have an iPhone 6. I first signed up for Virgin Mobile in November 2018, I was unable to pay in December (due to Christmas), and Virgin Mobile sent me a free month in January. Since January, I haven't had any money to pay my bill.
I finally have enough money to pay my bill, but it seems as if I cannot log in to my Virgin Mobile account. I know that I'm using the correct number and password. Has my account been terminated? I never got an email or anything saying my account would be terminated or anything like that! I'm very confused.
