I'm trying to swap my se for a 7+ but the page either gets stuck on choose plan, login (neither page works) or I get the red circle of death. It's been almost two days since someone's responded to my email. Everything seems to be broken or not working.
Well, if it makes you feel any better, it doesn't work going from iPhone to Android any better. Apparently the complete and total lack of customer service is universal
