Just recived my new iPhone XR from Virgin. When I go to swap it and activate it it get to the 'Select Plan" screen and it won't go past that. It won't advance to the next screen. Sometimes I would get the spinning wheel that won't end util I close the screen.
Any advice why I can't activate my iPhone purchaced from Virgin.
