Cannot activate new IPhone!

I am currently with Virgin and am trying to swap to a new phone, also purchased through Virgin Mobile. While following the activation instructions, I was able to enter the MEID and verify the ICCID, but after I get to the phone number page, pick keep the same number, and enter that number, it gets stuck on the next screen - it's just a blank page with "Back" or "Next", and clicking Next does nothing. Please help!  FIVE hours after trying I am SO VERY FRUSTRATED.  I have been on line, on hold via phone and searched & searched for tips.  NOTHING IS ALLOWING ME TO ACTIVATE MY NEW PHONE.  I EITHER WANT TO ACTIVATE MY PHONE OR GET MY $$ BACK.  H.E.L.P.   ASAP!!

Sorry to hear that, jsweeneyhhs.  Did you log in to your account to make the device swap https://www.virginmobileusa.com/login? If you are still experiencing issues, please send us a private message with the account phone number, pin code, IMEI/DEC, and the SIM card number.
