Cannot swap VM phone from 6S to 7plus/I am a current customer

Hi,

I am a current VM customer and use 6S. I got pre loved 7 plus from VM, and tried to swap from 6S.

In the process of swapping, I put MEI and ICC ID, and put my number on the activation website.

After I hit "proceed" on website of the phone number confirmation (which ask me if I need to get new number or keep current number), nothing happened. Just white page appear...

And this issue has been occur these 1 week.

I need someone from VM contact me to solve this problem.
